The 2009 Annual General Meeting will be held at Headley
Village Hall on 23rd February 2009 at 8:00 pm. All members are entitled to
attend and cast votes.
The final agenda for the meeting will be posted on the
website at AGM but will include a proposal to incorporate the club and form a not for
profit organisation - Headley Cricket Club Ltd.
