There are several ways to vote:

1 Attend the meeting (preferred!)
2 By Proxy; complete the Voting Form and send it to the General Secretary (by email or hard copy)
3 By Proxy; Complete the E-Voting Form on this website

(i)   All forms must be received at least 48 hours before the AGM. 

(ii)  An email Voting Form must be sent from your email address that is registered with the club.

Proxy Vote

There are two proxy options:

1 Complete the Voting Form or E-Voting Form indicating your votes for the various proposals

2 Nominate the Chairman as your proxy who will vote 'For' all the resolutions

     he will also cast a vote on your behalf for any other business that may be raised in the meeting.
