Club Rules (page 1of 5)
1. That
the Club be called Headley Cricket Club and a list of the names and
addresses of the Members of the Club be kept at the registered address of
the Club, The Pavilion, Headley Common Road, Headley, Surrey
KT22 6ND.
2. That
the prime objective of the Club shall be to provide facilities for and
promote participation of the whole community in the sport of cricket.
3.
That the colours of
the Club shall be Dark Blue, Light Blue and Yellow.
4. That
the Club play according to the Rules of the M.C.C. and that the Club be
affiliated to the Club Cricket Conference.
5. That
membership of the Club be open to any person interested in the sport on
application. There will be no discriminatory bars on membership. The club
may refuse membership or expel from membership only for good and
sufficient cause, such as conduct or character likely to bring the Club or
the sport of cricket into disrepute. Appeal against such a decision may be
made to the club’s members and decided upon by majority vote.
6. That
the Club is a non-profit making Club with all surpluses of income over
expenditure re-invested in the Club and its activities. No distributions
in cash or otherwise will be made to Members. In the event of dissolution
of the Club, any assets remaining after the satisfaction of all debts and
liabilities shall not be paid to or distributed among the members of the
club, but shall be given or transferred to one or more of the following
approved sporting or charitable bodies:

Another Club which is CASC registered
>
The Sports national
governing body for use by them for related community sports
