7.
That the business of the Club be conducted by a Committee elected annually
consisting of:
> The
President;
> Hon.
Chairman;
> Hon.
Secretary;
> Hon.
Treasurer;
> Hon.
Fixture Secretary;
> Captain
and Vice-Captain of the Saturday Team;
> Captain
and Vice-Captain of the Sunday Team;
> Hon.
Pavilion Secretary;
> Chairman
of the Bar Committee ex-officio;
and that five Members of the Committee shall form a Quorum. Should any
vacancy occur during the current year, the remaining Members of the
Committee shall have the power to appoint a Member to fill the vacancy
thus created. Any Member shall be entitled to be nominated and to
nominate other Members for election to any Committee of the Club. The
Selection Committee shall consist of the Captains of the Saturday and
Sunday Teams or their nominees and the Hon. Team Secretary.
8.
The
annual subscription and Match Fee of playing Members and Junior Playing
Members up to the age of 18 years, and the annual subscription of
non–playing Members for the ensuing year shall be determined by the
Committee at the Annual General Meeting or a special Meeting called for
that purpose.
9. Vice–Presidents
are invited to join the Club from time to time and have the same rights as
a non–playing Member. The amount of their donation is voluntary but must
generally exceed the non–playing Members subscription.
10. The
Committee have power to award Life Honorary Membership to a Member in
appreciation of special services to the Club and a Life Honorary Member
has all the rights of a playing or non–playing Member.
