12. That a Special Meeting of the Members be called by the Hon. Secretary within 28 days after receiving a requisition signed by not less than any six Members or one fifth of the total number of Members, whichever is less, the object of the Meeting being stated.

13.  That a General Meeting of the Members may be called by the Hon. Secretary upon instruction by the committee at any time on giving reasonable notice.

Persons may not be admitted to Membership, or be admitted as Candidates for Membership to any of the privileges of Membership, without an interval of at least two days between their nomination or application for Membership and their admission, nor may persons becoming Members without prior nomination or application be admitted to the privileges without an interval of at least two days between their becoming Members and their admission.
